The key factors in making the proposed project risk free are:

• identification, evaluation, prioritisation, management planning of risks and risk monitoring. To manage and mitigate risks, the management team will try to identify them, assess the likelihood of them happening and estimate the impact they might have on the project.
• We plan to have periodical project reviews to measure to what degree the objectives of the project have been achieved in practice as per budget and as per the timeline and projections.
• Another well-known risk in education is of motivating the students towards innovation and technology. Research studies have shown that students are most likely to be engaged in learning when they are active and given some choice and control over the learning process—and when the curriculum is individualized, authentic, and related to students’ interests.
• We plan design courses that have value or benefit in nanotechnology, to use to use the services of teachers and adjunct faculty/scientists who are motivated to teaching and research, and making the learning process interesting by extensive use of information technology to deliver anytime, anywhere on the web learning.
