The project will put in place an internal mechanism (SRIVT Performance Measurement System) which reflects strategic objectives of the project and allows for planning, result-oriented monitoring of the performance and the objectives achieved, focusing on achievements, resource usage, outputs and the generation of both economic and societal impact, benchmarked against other skill innovation projects involving high innovation industries on a monthly basis. There will also be Mid‐term Review Mission on a six monthly basis and these evaluations and feedback from MIS will result in successfully running the project to achieve the desired goals.
